Guests must be able to walk up three flights of stairs. - 24-Hour Cleaning Guarantee: Let us know within 24 hours if anything isn’t perfect and we'll make it right. - Must be 21 to book - Travel insurance recommended for bookings March–October. Refunds are not provided for inclement weather, beach closures, or marine life. - We provide a starter supply of incidentals. To start your stay, we provide one of each of the following: toilet paper roll per bathroom, paper towel roll, laundry pod, dishwasher pod, trash bag per can, dish soap.

We loved staying here. The host was more than accommodating. There’s not an elevator but we knew that coming in, so the exercise we got from the stairs and walk to the beach was perfect. It was perfect for us and our 3 kids. Beds were comfortable. Beach was within short walking distance and the pool was clean.

Our stay in Gulf Shores was amazing! Dan went above and beyond to make sure our first trip to Gulf Shores was perfect! The condo was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family! We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Dan’s place so much. The location was PERFECT! It was literally just a few steps to the beach and ocean! The condo was clean. Beach chairs and an umbrella were provided and it was so nice that we didn’t have to pack one! The beach is absolutely beautiful! We went to many of the places that Dan suggested to eat and every one was amazing! Dan was very responsive! We certainly hope to come back!

I booked this condo for a girls trip with my daughters and sister. The condo was very clean and we had zero issues. Kitchen was stocked nicely and we appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that are provided. Dan was a great host, providing all the info we needed. Great place to stay!

This is a great place, but what really stood out the most was the communication. Complete information, clear instructions, and quick responses. Dan makes sure you know exactly what to expect and how to do what you want to do. He should offer classes for other hosts!

Nothing but great things to say about our stay! Beautiful location with easy access to the beach. The condo was the cleanest rental property I have ever stayed in! Dan was responsive and proactive with all instructions and questions. Very kind and wanted us to feel right at home. Had lots of great amenities to make our stay even more enjoyable. Hooks throughout the whole condo for hanging towels and swimsuits, beach chairs/cooler, a variety of pillow options to choose from, etc. The only downside was all the stairs but at least we burned off the calories we consumed at all the yummy restaurants he recommended for us! 🤣

We had an amazing stay at Sunchase Condo, Room 308! The location was perfect — just steps from the beach. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway including beach chairs and toys. We loved it and can’t wait to come back. Daniel is an outstanding host- truly A+! His communication is exceptional, and ‘ultra-responsive’ doesn’t even begin to describe his attentiveness. The condo itself is charming, and my kids absolutely loved the bunk beds and the heated pool, which was one of the key reasons I chose this rental. Beach access was effortless, and the area remained refreshingly uncrowded. Another important factor in my decision was the absence of a balcony off the living room, ensuring a worry-free stay with my little ones. Beyond Daniel’s incredible response time, every detail was well-documented, making planning seamless with all necessary information readily available in advance. Had a great time staying here. Great place to stay. Super easy to get to the beach and pool, and there were lots of food options very close. Beach behind the unit was less crowded than the beaches near the tall, large condo buildings.
