Welcome to the newly updated beachfront getaway, located right on the beautiful West Beach of Gulf Shores. This 2-bedroom condo, full of nautical charm, is perfect for up to 6 guests. Step out onto the balcony to take in the gorgeous Gulf views and the calming sound of the waves, or kick back inside with smart TVs and comfy beds that make relaxing easy. With direct beach access and a community pool within minutes from your door, everything you need for a memorable beach vacation is right here. LIVING AREA Lounge on the comfortable sofa and two accent chairs in front of a 55” smart TV. Personal streaming passwords required. DINING Enjoy a quick snack or a family dinner at the 4-person table, complemented by 3 bar seats. KITCHEN Find ample cabinetry space and stainless steel appliances, including a convenient pantry. Small appliances include a toaster, blender, Keurig and traditional coffee maker, and hot water kettle are also provided. COFFEE/TEA Start your day with a cup from either the Keurig, drip coffee maker, or hot water kettle. To help you settle in, a small batch of K-Cups and teas will be provided to enjoy on your first morning. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS - Bedroom 1: King - Bedroom 2: Twin/Full Bunk Bed + sliding Twin Trundle - Living Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa Each bedroom includes a smart TV. FOR CHILDREN - Plastic dishes, cups, and utensils - Assortment of Games and Toys - Sand Toys BEACH AMENITIES/ACCESS Complimentary beach equipment includes 2 chairs, an umbrella, beach towels and a mix of sand toys. Direct beach access is down the stairs and past the pool. GRILL A charcoal grill is available near the beach access and pool area. Charcoal and supplies are NOT provided. POOL & PARKING - There is no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk - Only 1 vehicle permitted and must park in assigned spot - There are 3 visitor parking spots that are first come first serve IMPORTANT NOTES - The condo is located on the third floor, and there is no elevator at the complex, so guests must be able to walk up three flights of stairs. - 24-Hour Cleaning Guarantee! If you're not completely satisfied with the cleaning, simply tell me within 24 hours of check-in, and we'll make it right. - Must be 21 to book. Travel insurance should be purchased for stays March- October. Refunds will not be provided for inclement weather, Beach closings, marine life present, etc. - We provide a starter supply of incidentals. To start your stay we provide one of each of the following: toilet paper roll per bathroom, paper towel roll, laundry pod, dishwasher pod, trash bag per can, dish soap.
